Flying Fungi

This might look like a shell to you but it is called a Bracket Fungi, some people call it Shelf Fungi, they are known as poly pores.

The flying Fungi’s are woody and leathery. There are all kinds of sizes, large sizes, small sizes even medium sizes. They stick on the tree, they’re also on the beach.

Once a tree is infected the fungus cannot be killed. The bracket fungi smells a  bit like mushroom, but mushroom’s are softer than the bracket fungi. The bracket fungi are not plants they belong to living things like mushrooms. The bracket fungi usually grows on tree stumps you would never find bracket fungi on a healthy tree.
